Our main site work is a "Scan-For-Presence" delivering in confidence a Yes/No solution highlighting land constraints and planning issues.

There are 68 separate and specific factors that are scanned for presence and are confirmed in the Stage 1 Scan Report, together with their location on site.

SERVICE 2: Additional Forensic Scans (Optional)

The earlier results may trigger choice in your project to undertake very specific extra investigations on revealed issues.

This Service delivers additional analysis and research, specific and sensitive to any detailed key element at your target site. It’s forensic investigation, for higher scrutiny using whatever localised granularity is agreed. It’s available in full confidence at any time after your related project’s Stage 1 Scan.

We price this according to the work and extent involved, and quote in advance.

SERVICE 3: Special Items – e.g. Treasure Trove

Scan Reports sometimes identify items that are definable as of Special Interest.

In such cases we would refer you in full confidence to Merlin Burrows, our exclusive specialist partners, for a related, optional, full scope analysis and appraisal of any potential benefits.

Merlin Burrows are experts in Trove Management and can provide advice, action and project management regarding all aspects including process and recovery.

All Reporting & Work is undertaken in STRICT CONFIDENCE on behalf of the Client per Ts&Cs.

We accept orders for scans on pre-identified sites.

Where the Scan is large we agree with you in advance a reasonable multiple for the Stage 1 Scan.

Later Service 2 Scans will be finely positioned to specific locations identified in the Level 1 ‘Yes/No’ work.

All ordered Scans are prepaid before work is started.
